Modern Slavery Statement

GVC Holdings PLC and its subsidiaries are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking. We expect the same commitment from all of our employees, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

Our code of conduct, published in 2017, encourages employees and contractors to identify and report any suspicions of malpractice, inclusive of modern slavery, taking place in our business or supply chain. This code is updated annually and a revised version shall be communicated to all staff in 2018.

We have a whistleblowing policy in place to ensure that our employees and contractors can voice any concerns, not limited to, modern slavery without fear of repercussion.

We also try to ensure that our contracts with suppliers require them to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We continually review our business and supply chain to identify areas that may be at risk of contravening the Modern Slavery Act and take the necessary steps to mitigate any risks identified.

This statement was approved by the Board of GVC Holdings PLC on 26 February 2018.
