Ladbrokes Coral Omni-channel Solution Declared Best in the Industry

 GVC owned Ladbrokes Coral has been named as the provider of the best omni-channel solution at the EGR Marketing and Innovation Awards for the second consecutive year. The Awards, which celebrate the most innovative and creative operators in the online gaming industry, recognised Ladbrokes Coral for having brought a new approach to omni-channel development in the last 12 months.

 Having initially launched Coral Connect in 2014, the Group last year rolled out its omni-channel platform to Ladbrokes shops, enabling customers to bet with a single account either online or at any one of the brand’s 2,100 betting shops. The Ladbrokes’ solution utilises ‘The Grid’ loyalty card and companion retail app, enabling players to receive their winnings from retail bets in their online accounts, as well as to make deposits. In addition omni-wallet enhances responsible gambling mechanisms, allowing for better monitoring of customer spend and the ability to set cross-channel deposit limits.

 The launch of the Ladbrokes omni-wallet means that Ladbrokes and Coral are the only betting shops on the high street where customers can seamlessly access an omni-wallet across all products. The wallet is live across all in-store gaming machines, at 7,000 self-service betting terminals and over-the-counter.
